Operations Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bond in Wolverhampton. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Ticket Management: Record and manage job tickets, ensuring accurate logging of all incoming work requests.
  • Engineer Coordination: Assign engineers to scheduled jobs, coordinating their availability and workload.
  • Inventory Management: Order necessary parts and materials to ensure engineers are fully equipped for assigned tasks.
  • Communication: Keep customers informed by providing regular updates on job progress and any changes.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Scheduling Experience: Experience in scheduling, ideally within an engineering or technical environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
