Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Planner to join our team at Bromford, a leading housing association. As an Operations Planner, you will play a crucial role in delivering a cost-effective, customer-focused repairs and maintenance service for our customers' homes and neighbourhoods.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and managing engineers' diaries to ensure they complete the maximum number of jobs possible each day.
- Coordinating with engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure services are delivered smoothly and on time.
- Ensuring customers are kept informed about the status of their repairs and when they can expect work to be completed.
- Managing complex schedules and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet business needs and customer expectations.
- Experience working in a similar planning role, with a strong understanding of systems and tools required to manage complex schedules.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to balance business needs with customer and engineer expectations.
