About the Role:
Kemp Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Fleet Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of vehicles.
Job Purpose:
We are a leading provider of transportation services, with a fleet of over 4000 vehicles on the road. Due to increased business levels and company growth, we require two additional Fleet Administrators to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Handle calls and emails with existing customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Schedule Management: Check all schedule events have been booked and work completed, ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Compliance Management: Monitor all vehicles in for service, ensuring any delays are known and managed, and compliance paperwork is received and loaded onto the platform.
- Renewal and MOT Management: Review and organize the renewal of the RFL and MOT requirements, ensuring customers are given sufficient notice.
- Issue Escalation: Raise any issues, queries, or improvement recommendations with the line manager.
- Job Sheet Management: Monitor outstanding job sheets and escalate to the relevant field engineer if required.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a telephone-based role dealing with demanding customers.
- Fleet Administrator Experience: Previous experience in a fleet administration role would be highly beneficial.
- IT Skills: Strong IT skills, including internal systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
- Industry Knowledge: Any HGV sector experience or knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector would be beneficial.
