Job Title: Children & Young People Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant/Attendance Officer to join our team at a two-form entry Primary school in the Wolverhampton area. This full-time Admin role is Monday to Friday, working hours of 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as an administrator/receptionist within a school
  • Excellent IT skills – with the ability to use Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Clear understanding of school data systems, policies, and procedures
  • An understanding of the principles of Data Protection
  • Previous experience with SIMS or Bromcom
  • 2 good references – at least one being from a school

This role is located in Wolverhampton, near Wednesfield, with easy access from multiple neighbouring areas such as Willenhall, Essington, and Featherstone. Parking is available on site, with public transport links also nearby for those who do not drive.
