**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are currently recruiting for a motivated, reliable and customer focused Receptionist to join our team based at 38-43 Lincolns' Inn Fields, Holborn, London WC2A 3PE.
**Job Type**: Permanent - Part Time.
**Pay Rate**: £13.95 per hour.
**Working Hours**: 8Hrs per week, 8Hrs per day, Saturday - 08:00Hrs to 17:00Hrs.
Good Speaking and writing English.
**Start Date**: Immediately.
**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:
1. Welcome members, guests and visitors in a friendly, professional way.
2. Notify College personnel of visitor arrival.
3. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
4. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
5. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone call in a courteous manner.
7. Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
8. Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and
continuing needs.
9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Provide great customer service.
11. Complete administrative duties.
12. Sort and distribute incoming post and organize and send outgoing post.
13. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
14. Update calendars and schedule meetings
15.Support the cleaning and security team.
16. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
**Key Skills**:
1.Experience in a similar role
2.Excellent IT skills - using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
3. Strong administrative skills
4. Ability to multi-task, flexible and adaptable
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Good communication skills
7. Ability to maintain a positive attitude
8. A good command of written and spoken English
9. Works well under pressure
Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
