**About the role**
- Answer incoming calls and screen and direct them to the appropriate department or individual in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet visitors and provide them with a positive and welcoming experience
- Manage the schedules and bookings for meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-prepared and set up for each meeting
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times
- Assist with arranging catering for meetings and events
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute staff socials and events
- Book couriers and handle parcels as needed
- Notify the office manager when supplies and stationery need to be ordered.
- General office administration duties and to include but not limited to: Incoming/outgoing and forwarding post, maintaining external storage system.
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when required
**The right person must have experience in the following;**
- Corporate Receptionist / Front of House experience
- Exceptional client service skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage own workload.
- Excellent Microsoft suite skills
- Flexible and pro-active attitude is essential.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
