About The Role***

This role supports the building’s landlord and their management team by delivering a 5* meet-and-greet and creating a professional, friendly, first impression.

Managing the standard processes of ‘front-of-house’: post, couriers, contractors, general visitors and the associated access and signing-in procedures.

Working in a friendly, proactive, manner - using initiative to find ways of developing the occupiers-experience. Our staff will have the ‘can do’ approach and will work very effectively with letting agents, building management and other property professionals.

**_Our Aim on Delivery:_**

**_ Managing reception:_**
- Set up, manage, and take ownership of the reception area to ensure the ambience reflects the clients’ and tenants’ expectations
- Meet, greet, and manage visitors - ‘become the friendly face of the building’
- Represent the developer/landlord in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Manage couriers, post and all deliveries Submit weekly reports on site activity
**_General Management of the building:_**

Develop effective relationships with clients, agents and contractors- Ensure that the building reception area is always immaculately presented
- Ensure any vacant space is kept pristine and available for viewing
- Liaison with the property manager and/or facilities manager to help ensure contractors carry out their duties effectively and assist with any other tasks requested
- Reporting issues and managing to resolution through the correct process Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
**_Additional occupier’s experience (Bespoke to the site)_**
- Prepare a local A-Z file
- Produce a weekly e-communication for tenants with appropriate contents Product a seasonal monthly newsletter driving awareness and uptake of initiatives/added value activities- Support and/or research and introduce added value services as appropriate and agreed (examples)

- Magazines (As per occupiers’ interests)

If pre-agreed with our client, and as an additional part of the OCS front-of-house service:

- Organise/assist in seasonal promotional events; Pop-up markets - supporting local businesses as appropriate - Easter, Halloween, Christmas and Summer activities.
- Collaboration with the CBRE Customer Journey Community.
- Manage the Landlord Malcolm App, with building events/news.
