**Key duties**
- Front of house maintenance - maintaining a presentable reception area
- Greeting visitors - ensuring all visitors are welcomed in a welcoming and professional manner
- Liaise with the team regarding conference rooms and bookings
- To make lunch reservations as required
- To distribute and to monitor supplies of consumables
- Order and maintain stationery stock
- Provide administrative support to the team

**Person Specification**
- Be polite, friendly and of smart appearance
- Have excellent communication skills - both written and oral; English at native speaker standard
- Confident and pleasant phone manners
- Good organisational skills and ability to keep space orderly
- Can do attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Be able to handle confidential information discreetly
- IT skills: Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Zoom.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
