Office Assistant

Mitchell & Mayle Ltd is an established external drainage specialist which was established in 1987. We are looking for an additional member to join our team, to help with our ever increasing workload.
**The Role**:
- Answering the phone
- Taking new orders and adding them to the system
- Allocating work to employees
- Planning routes in a economic way
- Invoicing
- Filing & other general tasks
**Hours & benefits**:
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Wages paid monthly, on the last Friday of the month.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Free onsite parking
- Full training provided
- Friendly working environment
**The applicant**:
- Must be reliable & prompt
- Must be able to make their own way into work to Isleham
- Must have a friendly and professional verbal and written manner
- Geographical knowledge of the local area is beneficial but will be learned over time
- Must be adaptable & willing the learn new systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
