Clinical Administrator

City Hospice is Cardiff’s local hospice team offering palliative care in the community for people with life-limiting conditions. We support them so that they can live their life in their place of choice, with dignity and in comfort.
Provide an effective administrative service to the clinical team, including the Consultants when required.
Inputting of data onto Canisc database including new referrals.
Receiving patient referrals and liaising with the CNS team
Updating information and patient notes.
Inputting statistical information onto Excel Spreadsheet.
Ordering of Clinical supplies
Responsible for maintaining the room allocation booking system.
Filing and general clinical administration duties Assisting the data controller with any archival and patient satisfaction surveys.
To undertake duties as directed by the Clinical Admin manager.
Any other duties that are reasonably required.
