Clinical Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Clinical Administrative Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of Audiology community waiting lists, Partial booking systems, RTT targets, and Pathway management.
This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, analyzing patient appointment data, and making administrative decisions on patient bookings.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, occupational health support, and opportunities for professional development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage Audiology community waiting lists and ensure effective use of clinic capacity;
- Analyze patient appointment data and make informed decisions on patient bookings;
- Communicate regularly with the Head of Paediatric Service and other stakeholders;
- Maintain accurate records on relevant databases;
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols;
