To provide a comprehensive, courteous and efficient reception service to patients and perform to a high standard the clerical duties associated with the co-ordination of Outpatient Clinics for members of the Clinical Team.
To fulfil the Clinic Co-Ordinator role for a named clinic or clinics on a regular basis, and to oversee all aspects of the preparation and delivery of the clinic.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Directorate at the University Hospital of Wales. The post holder will work as part of a friendly administration team within the Department.

The role is diverse, with each day bringing new challenges. The successful post holder must have a good standard of general education and administration skills experience. The post holder should also have appropriate experience and proficiency in Microsoft packages and NHS systems.

The individual must be reliable and flexible approach to meet the service needs and used to working in a very busy and demanding environment.

The successful post holder will possess excellent organisational skills and awareness of the high level of confidentiality within their day to day responsibilities. They will be able to work calmly under pressure and use their own initiative on daily work tasks, with the ability to meet deadlines.
