We are currently looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator to complement our collaborative team at our Synexus research site in Cardiff, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be working days, Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating and overseeing the completion of administrative functions on assigned trials.
  • Welcome patients and visitors upon arrival at the site.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and completeness by managing the diary system.
  • Scheduling patients for follow-up visits, external appointments, transport, etc.
  • Conducting reminder telephone calls to patients to confirm visits.
  • Preparing patient documentation as per protocol and local regulations ahead of appointment.

This role requires good organizational skills and flexibility to manage workload and meet changing timelines. A solid understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and ability to learn and maintain a good working knowledge of FDA regulations and company/client SOPs and WPDs is also essential.
