**Key Responsibilities**

Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Handle the job offer process and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Generate insightful reports on recruitment and diversity for management.
- Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Lead by example and demonstrate our family-oriented values of trust, respect and collaboration.
- Sparring with the Dutch recruitment team for further improvements
- Actively contribute to employee retention and a happy work environment

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Recruitment or HR Administrator.
- A good understanding of employment legislation relating to recruitment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to write advertisements, job descriptions, and market jobs effectively.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters sensitively.
- Proactive and able to show initiative.
- A welcoming and warm personality.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
