**Position**: Technical Administrator - Packaging Industry
**Location**: St Ives, Peterborough
**Salary**: £25K - £28K

Would you like to work as a Technical Administrator for a highly regarded Packaging Company based in St Ives, this is your opportunity. This is a great opportunity to join a small team in a highly regarded, privately owned business within a niche and profitable industry. This is a progressive role, with personnel development opportunities in structural carton design.
**Main Responsibilities of Technical Administrator**:
- Customer project management.
- Managing production timescales
- Customer service for assigned customers.
- Packaging cost awareness.
- Mock sampling
- Facilitating weekly technical meeting.
- Administrative duties / general housekeeping for assigned customers
**Requirements for a Technical Administrator**:
- Good eye for detail.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
- Good understanding of quality standards.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, meet deadlines and handle a wide variety of responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
**Machinery / Equipment / Software Used for a Technical Administrator**:
- Artios CAD
- Illustrator
- Microsoft Office Suite
**Benefits of a Technical Administrator**:
- Salary Bracket £25,000 - £28,000 Subject to experience.
- 26 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays - 5 days used during Christmas for full factory shutdown.
