**Hours**:3 on 3 off shift pattern working 11-hour shift between 07:00-21:00

**About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort**
We are looking for Facilities Shift Coordinator (Level 4) to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
Reporting to the Facilities Buildings Manager, the Facilities Shift Coordinator will form part of our Facilities maintenance team. You will need to be a strong and competent team leader, with a good knowledge of different trades.
The role will be responsible for the day to day running of the Facilities Reactive team. You will manage the team daily to make sure all planned, legislative and general work orders are completed in a timely manner for all building maintenance related work around the resort. The role will attend and hold daily briefings, take radio calls and work on reactive jobs.
**About the role of Facilities Shift Coordinator (Level 4)**
- Ensure all unplanned maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and safety checks are completed in a timely manner
- To assist your line manager with the auditing of your team to ensure that planned preventative maintenance and safety checks are carried out as per the recommendations of the manufacturer and in accordance with regulations or Legislation
- To ensure reactive maintenance tasks are attended in a timely manner and to ensure that work is completed safely and efficiently
- To assist the department’s managerial team as and when required
- To keep a good communication line with the other Facilities, Shift Coordinators
- To ensure audits are carried out as per company procedures
- To allocate PPM work tasks to Facilities Technicians throughout the year. To ensure that these completed in a professional & competent manner and to the agreed time and dates
- To represent the department at internal park management meetings and external meetings as appropriate
- Coordination of call out contractors as and when required
**Experience required**:
- Qualified to a City & Guild, NVQ level 3 or equivalent within one or more of the following trades: Painting & Decorating, Carpentry, Plumbing or Electrical
- Experience of carrying out a multi trade work
- Experience as a facilities, maintenance or construction supervisory role
- Knowledge or qualification in Legionella, pool plant management, asbestos awareness
- Ideally have forklift truck and/or telehandler licence
- Ideally hold an IPAF / PAL, PAZMA licence
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
