**Hours**:Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, hours between 8:15am - 9:00pm on a rotational basis

**Contract Type**:Permanent, Hourly paid

This is an exciting opportunity within our LEGOLAND Adventure Golf Attraction, where you will have the opportunity to create and continuously improve our guest’s journey as they play across 4 different LEGO themed golf courses

As a passionate people person, you will drive your team to deliver the highest standards of guest interaction, leading by example and always seeking new ways to surprise, delight and enhance our guests time with us. Reporting into the Adventure Golf Manager you will have the amazing opportunity to embed this new attraction and make it the “must-do” activity for our guests. You’ll have the chance to directly impact and elevate our resort KPIs and become a health and safety ambassador for your team.

Qualification & Experience:

- You will have previous experience working in a guest facing role, ideally in a theme park setting
- Ideally, you’ll have worked in a guest service position, with previous experience of the de-escalation of guest feedback, and guest resolutions face to face
- You’ll be a confident communicator, with an open and approachable manner
- We think it would be great if you have managed a small team before, and have some experience with adhering to budget limitations
- Ideally, you’ll have delivered successful coaching conversations, created models of motivating your team and celebrated their success, while recognising and addressing performance related issues professionally

**About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort**

We are looking for an Adventure Golf Shift Coordinator to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
