**Hours**:Part Time, 22.5 hours per week. Wednesday, Saturday and 1 other evening 5:00pm - 1:00am

**About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort**

We are looking for a Housekeeping Shift Coordinator to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager the Housekeeping Shift Coordinator will form part of a large housekeeping team covering both of our hotels. You will lead a team of Housekeepers who are looking after the cleanliness of our hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring that guest experience and exceeding expectations is a key focus.

**About the role of Housekeeping Shift Coordinator**
- You will train our housekeeping team on all cleaning, facilities and hygiene tasks
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team, celebrating their successes and managing their performance when required
- Check cleanliness standards of rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, while monitoring stock levels and replenishing when needed
- Respond to guest feedback and special requests
- You will lead by example when complying with health and safety policies in all areas

**About You**
- Previous experience working in a supervisory position in a hotel setting is essential
- Proven experience working in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within a hotel
