**Customer Service Representative - Introduction**

Protective Coatings business customers.

**Customer Service Representative - The Role**
- Coordinate registration & processing of orders in our SAP system
- Acts as first level contact with customers for order receipt, quotations, general enquiries.
- Help to resolve any complaints.
- When needed make arrangements for product delivery to an agent, vessels or direct to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure orders are prepared & delivered on time.
- Build strong collaborative links with colleagues & customers.
- Provide insight & opportunities to improve the customer experience & meet customer needs.

**Customer Service Representative - About You**
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Good GCSE passes (or equivalent) Grade C or above in Maths/English.
- Proficient user of MS Office.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
- Good at building relationships & committed to providing excellent client service.
- Well organised & with an eye for detail.
- Experience of working with SAP an advantage.
