**Operations & Service Administrator**

**Hours: Monday - Friday (8am -4pm or 9am-5pm)**

**Location: Warwick**

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

To provide ownership of Service delivery and support the efficient operation of the Office, including working on the finance system and other operational systems as required. Predominantly working with colleagues in the office and on site but having direct contact with external stakeholders.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Service delivery
- Planning, booking and organising services, breakdowns and repairs
- Communicating with all stakeholders ensuring they are updated at every step of the process
- Manage all inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Processing parts orders and managing stocks, ensuring availability for our engineers
- Processing purchase orders, purchase invoices and sales invoices
- Entering data onto the finance system
- Assist with internal audits
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Assist, where required with adhoc administrative duties

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience of working in a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to organise a busy workload and operate at a fast pace
- Ability to prioritise own workload with mínimal supervision and use of own initiative
- Proficient customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail to process data and information accurately

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
