**Wotkinh hours**: 9am - 5pm Monday to friday

**Responsibilities**: As a Junior Administrator at New Age Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our care team and ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
**1. Taking Calls**: Responding to incoming calls from service users, their families, and other stakeholders, addressing their queries, and providing necessary information with professionalism and empathy.

**2. Speaking with Service Users**: Engaging in friendly and supportive conversations with service users to understand their needs, offer assistance, and provide reassurance when necessary.

**3. Checking Alerts**: Monitoring and promptly responding to system-generated alerts, such as emergency alarms or other critical notifications, ensuring appropriate actions are taken as per established protocols.

**4. Taking Enquiries**: Handling and processing enquiries from potential service users or their representatives, providing detailed information about our care services, pricing, availability, and assisting with the registration process.

**5. Administrative Support**: Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and updating electronic systems, ensuring all information is kept confidential and secure.

**6. Collaborative Teamwork**: Working closely with the care team, administrators, and other staff members to ensure effective communication, coordination, and a seamless flow of information for delivering exceptional care services.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**1. Education**: GCSE or equivalent at C grade or Level 4 and above, Additional training in office administration or customer service is a plus.

**2. Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with service users, families, and colleagues.

**3. Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

**4. Organization Skills**: Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in administrative tasks.

**5. Technology Proficiency**: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and electronic systems.

**6. Team Player**: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, sharing information, and supporting one another to achieve common goals.

**7. Empathy and Compassion**: Demonstrated understanding and empathy towards the needs of service users, treating them with respect, dignity, and compassion.

**8. Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain data privacy and security.
