Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) nationally are in the process of setting up co-ordinated system control functions to co-ordinate and manage operational capacity and demand across the system and maintain patient flow.

In Coventry and Warwickshire, this function will be known as the Operational Co-ordination Centre (OCC) and it will link with our existing provider Incident Control Centres (ICCs).

The role of the OCC is to always ensure the safest and highest quality of care possible for the entire population across Coventry and Warwickshire by balancing the clinical risk within and across all acute, community, mental health, primary care, and social care services.

The Administrator role will provide key administrative support to the OCC collating data, completing submissions and supporting the wider OCC in the day to day delivery.
