Bryn Celyn is an award-winning Care Home located in Maesteg. We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Business Administrator with Management responsibilities to perform and manage business operations. In this role, you will work across various functions within the company; including HR, legal, finance (accounts payable & accounts receivable), operations as well as working alongside the different department heads to help optimise business processes.

Must Have the following skills:
Experience in using:
SAGE 50

SAGE Payroll

0365, Share Point, One Drive, Teams

Excellent use of Excel and Word

**Duties will include**:
Run monthly payroll

Manage company pension scheme.

Petty cash reconciliation

Purchase Ledger

Sales Ledger

Credit Control

Input hours from Timesheets

HR

Manage the contracts and payment terms for new Admissions

Setting up Direct Debits

Bank Reconciliation

Managing Resident funds

Manager Purchase Order system

Manage the business team

Process expenses

P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statements

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
