Our client's business is looking to hire an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis to help manage an increased workload within the project team. The primary responsibilities of this role will be focused on collating and organising data for the department.

**Description of the role**:

- Creating Excel spreadsheets to organise and analyse data effectively.
- Assist in data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Collaborate with different teams to gather data and compile reports.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as organising files, scheduling and handling correspondence.
- Support other team members and departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.

**About you**:

- Previous experience within an Administrative role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas and functions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Good problem solving skills.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
