Business Administrator

You will be working as part of a small - medium sized office team and your expected duties will include:
Meeting and greeting Clients.
Booking appointments and scheduling meetings
Maintaining client data
Administration for the RfM group including company secretarial work and submission of accounts and tax returns - full training will be provided
Answering telephones
Petty cash
Billing
Contacting clients for accounts and tax related information
Banking and card payments
Other ad hoc administrative duties including supporting the Group Practice Manager
Excellent organisational and communication skills are a necessity together with good IT skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel.
You will also be enrolled into our company's Medicash Scheme and DIS Policy.
The position offered is a full time permanent role, working 36.25 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday.
