Project Administrator

My client based in Ulverston is looking to recruit a Project Administrator for a 6 months contract. Your role will be to primarily support the Clinical Project Engineering team from start to end.

Key responsibilities;
- Efficiently working within the company CRM system
- Process and administration of all PO's relating to projects
- Liaising with Internal Sales/sales managers with any issues on project handover
- Setting up of projects in SAGE
- Preparing smaller quotes for ongoing projects for PE's
- Placing orders with suppliers/ liaising with suppliers
- Confirming delivery dates with suppliers and customers
- Arranging deliveries from UK and worldwide to customers in the UK
- Allocating warehouse stock for projects usage
- Preparing RAMS for engineer visits
- Company calendar usage for engineer's time
- Monitor all commissioning reports and ensure they are allocated to the relevant files and storage places in the business
- Invoicing of projects from company CRM system
- Collating of O+M manuals
- Washing up projects
- Dealing with customer queries over the telephone in an efficient manner
- Managing small projects

Experience/Qulaifications
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft
- Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous
- Experience of working in an administrative role in a similar industry would be beneficial
- Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous

- Good administration skills
