**Receptionist Vacancy**

**What we are looking for**:
We are currently looking for a confident, approachable and friendly receptionist to join our administration team.
- Greeting visitors to the facility and offering help immediately
- Answering the telephone and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Providing customer support
- Answering questions about services offered at the business
- Scheduling appointments and meeting times
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Typing letters
- Processing post on a daily basis
- Assisting various departments with administrative tasks as necessary
- Social media management

35 hours per week, 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
**Benefits**:
- 40 days holiday
- Annual bonus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £7.35-£12.43 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
