**New opportunity to join our Clients Legal Practice Team based in Ulverston.**
**Receptionist / Legal Admin**
**Full Time Position**
We are looking for organized, professional individual to join our busy office team.
Individuals must be organized and prepared to use their initiative and have the ability to manage their own workload, prioritizing tasks delegated to them at the same time as being responsible for administrative/front of office tasks. Previous experience in an office environment would be an advantage. The role will include:
- Assisting various departments with administrative tasks as necessary
- Answering the telephone on reception and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Archiving files
- Taking and processing payments
- Scanning and distributing incoming post
- IT skills
**Full Training will be provided in the use of necessary legal software and office procedures.**
