**JOB TITLE**:HR Operations & Reward Manager

**SALARY**: £45,000 - £50,000 plus roughly £8k bonus and travel allowance

This is a role partnering with the HR Director to deliver exceptional HR operational service as well as preparing monthly payroll and leading delivery of payroll, benefits, reward, and other projects for the wider team.
**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:
- Supporting leading strategy, design and execution for total rewards, workforce analytic's and technology, HRIS and HR Operations
- Support and improve HR processes and HR technology solutions
- Responsible for supporting and developing the HRIS payroll
- Responsible for pay and reward for the business; responsible for monthly payroll runs and ensure reporting as required by HR
- Design and manage impactful reward/recognition programs, compensation analytics, tools and resources with a focus on the highly competitive London market
- Accountable for delivery of annual pay reviews and reporting as well as ensuring the people policies, processes and systems are in line with current legislation
- Accountable for developing and administering benefits schemes, salary and commission structures, and other areas related to remuneration
- Bench-marking the organisation's compensation system
- Tracking staff retention, organisational career-pathing and promotions through HR score and HR analytics report
- Manage external benefits providers (payroll, pension, private health, PHI, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with HR colleagues and the wider business to ensure HR is effective for the organisation as a whole
- Manage and administer the salary review and bonus calculation
- Responsible for managing the annual comp and bens survey
- This will be a key role within the wider HR team, to deliver an effective and efficient HR service with high levels of customer satisfaction
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:
- Direct HRIS implementation experience in payroll
- HR Operations/ HR shared service experience
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of people systems and bringing them to greater efficiencies
- Strong knowledge of reward
- Excellent payroll and and HR experience
- Telecomms or IT industry experience is preferred
