Emtec Building Services are pleased to announce that they are looking to add a Project Team Assistant to our site in Gartcosh.

**ROLE**:

- Management and administration of project files [both in electronic and paper format].
- Drawing file and/or portal management, including management of live drawing registers.
- Create paper copies of engineer site files / toolbox manuals / sign in books.
- Maintenance and management of team folders.
- Produce minutes from meetings.
- Assist with production of RFI’s / technical queries and maintain a RFI register (Project Report summary)
- Ensure operating and maintenance manuals are populated timeously and saved to project folders.
- General distribution and filing of information and tasks amongst project teams.
- Provision of a speedy, accurate and grammatically correct typing service to all team members.
- Effective use of the company computer systems e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint to support the service role provided.
- Generally, communicate clearly and concisely throughout working tasks.
- Filing of relevant contract correspondence.

General Administration and support functions as required.

**Essential**:

- Effective communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include; Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to meet deadlines

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a similar role

**ROLE & BENEFITS**:
Salary - Competitive
Hours - Full time Monday to Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm and Friday 8.30am-3.30pm
