The role:
- Opening new cases on system and checking deadlines
- Completing Case management information and logging all hearing and other deadlines and maintain central diary daily with reminders
- copying / Scanning, courier booking and liaison and maintaining invoicing records
- Liaising with Clients directly
- Answering phones and fielding queries, ensuring work is in ready for fee earners to commence work
- contacting counsel and experts to chase up fee notes and invoices for fee earners
- maintaining records and spreadsheets of file location and performance stats
- collating court service bundles and hearing bundles and drafting court documents with support office maintenance
