About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at West Riding Recruitment LTD. As an Office/Yard Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and yard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Process customer orders and manage inventory
  • Liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
  • Prepare and send quotations and order confirmations
  • Raise invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries and general yard duties
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by senior management

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading of products
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 0800 – 1630, Wednesday 0630 – 1530

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
