Administrative Support Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at a leading Law firm in Leeds City Centre. As an Administrator, you will provide high-quality support to our Partners and teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial tasks
  • Develop and maintain effective systems and processes
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of Administration experience in a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
