**Job overview**:
This is a newly created post within the NHS Cornwall & The Isles of Scilly Talking Therapies for Anxiety & Depression, Operational Management Structure and has been created to enhance and strengthen the managerial team and add management capacity into the service.

You will be joining a dynamic and supportive senior leadership team to help meet the challenges of expanding and developing our Talking Therapies service through 2024 and beyond.

We are looking for an energetic and passionate manager to encourage and contribute to creating an innovative and trailblazing IAPT service, informed by a cutting-edge evidence base. There will be a key focus on quality improvement to enhance services.

The post holder will be responsible for providing high quality operational leadership to the IAPT service and will work with the Clinical Lead and Associate Director and head of Psychology/Psychological Services.

They will make strong links with the Psychology/Psychological Services Line, Mental Health directorate and multi-agency provision and foster seamless care pathways to ensure an informed approach across organisation.

**Main duties of the job**:
This is a key role within the Psychology/Psychological Services line and the post-holder will be expected to deliver innovative services that are responsive and provide the best value for the population of Cornwall, their family, and their carers. Therefore, the post
- holder must be able to demonstrate a commitment and passion for achieving the best health care and support for the people of Cornwall.

PLEASE NOTE:
**This post will be responsible for covering the CENTRAL locality based at our locality offices in Roche.**

Whilst current working patterns are a blend of remote and in-person working, these posts require the ability to travel to various meetings within Cornwall in any one week, and so will require the successful post holder to be living in county.
