Role Description

We are looking for full time Software (SaaS) Sales Executives on site in Cardiff, which are essential to the release and growth of our SaaS compliance products.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our software solutions to potential clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing sales leads, conducting product demonstrations, sending out and agreeing contracts, and building strong relationships with customers, although no account management is required.

Experience in Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality industry is preferred, but experience in selling software is essential.

  • Previous experience in software sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of SaaS and software industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

£28,000 + Generous Uncapped Commission £50,000 + OTE
