Due to the current postholder leaving we now have an opportunity for a forward thinking, innovative and confident Band 4 Patient Flow Coordinator to join our Trust wide Patient Flow Team.

The team supports Trust wide Acute Mental Health services managing the administrative function of all aspects of patient flow. We monitor flow activity for all Organic, Acute and PICU Beds within the Trust maintaining and providing up to date data and live information concerning bed stock and demand for beds. The team is also a crucial and pivotal point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

It is essential to be proficient in Microsoft Packages and have experience in using Excel to provide accurate and up to date reports.

You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, as well as working as part of a team.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.

All new clinical support staff will be required to have completed or working towards the Care Certificate (CWP In-house 2 day training to be completed within 6 months of start date).

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. A small annual fee of £13 per year applies.

New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
