**Course Bookings Administrator**

A Health and Safety consultancy based in White Colne with over 15 years of experience providing excellent Health and Safety consultancy and training to various sectors is looking for a Course Bookings Administrator to manage their training course bookings.

The Course Bookings Administrator’s responsibilities include providing training course bookings administration to ensure that their delegates receive the highest quality of support. This includes
- telephone and in person
- implementing training programs
- managing schedules
- managing records
- raising invoices and processing expenses
- advertising via social media channels.

**Responsibilities**

**Training Courses**
- Processing course bookings
- Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists٫ schedules٫ attendance sheets)
- Create٫ review and disseminate training material٫ such as instructional notes٫ feedback forms and so on
- Prepare training room and keep properly set up
- Suggest improvements or innovative programs
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise

**Accounts**
- Allocate payments on Sage
- Log expenses
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets on Excel
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments

**Social Media**
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platform
- Create a social media calendar
- Monitor social media
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments

**Experience/Skills required**:
**Training Course**
- Experience of working as administrator
- Excellent computer skills including Office 365, Excel, Word etc
- Strong communication skills with great attention to detail
- Knowledge of office procedures

**Accounts**
- Experience of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organizational and time-management abilities

**Social Media**
- Passion for social media
- Excellent social listening skills
- Copywriting and copy-editing skills
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Meticulous approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
