**Midlothian Casual Contracts**
We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our committed team providing support to individuals in our Midlothian Locality.
We also have casual contracts available in the various towns within Midlothian area.
To provide holistic, needs led support, the shift patterns vary depending on the needs of the individuals you are supporting. Your skills will be matched with the needs of individuals.
Note the rota patterns cover a pattern Monday to Sunday and may include sleepovers.
- **We pay £10.97 per hour for unqualified Support Practitioners**:
- **We pay £12.01 per hour for qualified staff**:
- **Sleepovers are paid at an hourly rate **(£10.90 per hour) **shared amongst the team**:
- **You will be able to commit to shifts in advance to cover planned annual leave and sickness.**:
- **There is the opportunity to join the team permanently should you wish**:
- **Holidays are paid as an accrual so that you access the same benefits as contracted staff**:
- **There are lots of additional benefits to this role to share with you**:
