We are currently recruiting for Support Practitioners to join an established team in Gorebridge, Newtongrange, Loanhead and surrounding areas of Midlothian. You will be working with individuals who require support for a variety of reasons including Mental Health, Autism, Physical & Learning Disabilities.

What can you expect from joining this specialist team:
- you will support people with all aspects of daily living at home and in their communities
- You will assist people with planning for their future and to prevent the effects of social isolation and loneliness in their lives
- Adopting a person centered approach to working with individuals who require support for a variety of reasons including Mental Health, Autism, Physical & Learning Disabilities
What you will bring to the role - to excel in this specialist setting you will need to evidence:
- At least 2 years of experience with working in health and social care
- Local to the area
- Driver
