As our Sustainability Data Specialist, you will be responsible to collect, assess, interpret, and validate internal Reckitt R&D data as required to support reaching our sustainability goals and ambitions, with so many incredible projects to support you will...
- Ensure internal protocols are followed in collecting, transforming and validating R&D data attributes, to agreed deadlines
- Communicate progress to team members and programme leadership, and escalate blockers which may impact the agreed schedule and plans
- Interface closely with Functional SMEs on information acquisition and verification
- Ensure change control and deviation requirements are managed correctly to closure
- Contribute to business process change required for ongoing management, monitoring and governance of R&D data to maintain data quality, consistency, and integrity

**You’ll succeed because**
you’re an experienced data specialist, ideally with experience in the FMCG / CPG sector or other healthcare related industry. You'll have experience and skills in:

- Computer literacy with proficiency in the use of the MS Office product suite and the ability to understand and navigate new systems quickly
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks under pressure without compromising on deliverables
- Strong planning, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate successfully in various team capacities and a multi-cultural environment
- Influencing skills in areas with no direct reporting authority
- Degree in a relevant technical discipline desirable
