About the Role

Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Director to join our team in a Consultancy role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving CSR and Sustainability policies and strategies for our key Blue-Chip accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement CSR / Sustainability policies and strategies to drive business growth and minimize environmental impact.
  • Utilize industry-leading software to deliver and track CSR data, ensuring compliance with Best Practice and Responsible Business Outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives, driving business value and minimizing environmental footprint.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and delivery of sustainability goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our clients remain at the forefront of sustainability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Sustainability or CSR role, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry-leading software and systems used to collate and present CSR data.
