Our Digital Insights team are based within our wider Digital Business team here at Slimming World. We provide the vision and direction for our member websites and apps; working closely with our colleagues in Technology to ensure our vision becomes a reality.

**Your role with us **

We’re excited to share a new opportunity for a **Digital Service Researcher. **Based within ourDigital Insights team, you’ll conduct qualitative and quantitative research into the experiences of our customers when using our digital tools. The purpose of the role is therefore to deliver rich, meaningful insights to help shape the vision for our websites and apps. You’ll do this by collaborating and leading on research projects to work with stakeholders to design, gather, analyse and present your insights and answer key questions.

The role will require you to work from our stunning Head Office in Alfreton, Derbyshire 4 days a week and 1 day a week from home.

**About you**

You’ll have experience of using various research methods, both quantitative and qualitative, and be passionate about problem solving, joining the dots and delivering insights. We’d love to hear from applicants with exceptional interpersonal skills, who are naturally warm, friendly, and approachable to conduct research with our members. You’ll also have:

- the ability to gather requirements from stakeholders to understand the nature of research questions and design and deliver effective research proposals
- experience designing and analysing surveys
- experience organising and conducting qualitative research such as one-to-one interviews, focus groups, diary studies
- an eye for detail and a systematic approach to investigating processes, gathering and understanding different forms of data
- excellent communication skills and the ability to turn data into digestible, compelling, and informative insights and stories
- proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and basic Office tools
