**About the role**

These insights help us make decisions and build strategies that ensure that Slimming World, our brand, services and products, are relevant, well known and loved by all.

**This role will be perfect for you if you have**:

- **established quantitative market research skills with an interest and openness to qualitative too
- experience designing complex research and writing / scripting surveys
- experience in tracking research - ideally brand / category tracking and campaign effectiveness studies
- an accurate and systematic approach to checking, analysing and interpreting data and information with attention to detail
- experience in analysing verbatim and coding open responses
- strong communication skills and the ability to turn data into digestible, compelling, and informative insights and stories
- project management experience and the ability to plan and organise across multiple workstreams - keeping projects on track and to strict deadlines.
- a desire to be part of a high performing team, committed to high standards and excellent quality of service
- a passion for people and an empathy for those wanting support to lose weight, as well as humility, and an open-mindedness to see things from different angles

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
