**We’re recruiting a talented and experienced Digital Editor to join our Writing & Communications team. You’ll expertly manage our digital experience for self-employed Consultant franchisees - Our World. In this role you’ll write, edit, deliver and oversee the production of top quality written and visual content that provides exceptional service and timely support to our dedicated Consultants, field-based managers and Head Office teams.
**About the role**
This is an exciting position where you’ll work with various teams across Head Office and the Field to source, strategically plan, shape and manage the digital content experience for Slimming World Consultants, to amplify and strengthen vital company training and crucial key messages.
**About you**
We’d love to hear from you if you’re passionate about delivering an outstanding service and you have had experience in a similar role, proactively managing and delivering timely and relevant content that engages and inspires its audiences. You’ll love working as part of a committed team and most crucially you’ll have an unerring passion for helping others, exceptional communication skills and a dazzling can-do attitude.
We’d really love to hear from you if you also:
- have experience in a similar role - managing, sourcing, crafting and editing content to drive impactful and action-driven communications
- demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and prioritising skills, with an ability to plan timely content, which considers, supports and champions the needs of your audiences
- have a good understanding and experience using of content management systems and editing live content
- communicate in a naturally warm and effective way (always with a dash of humour), and with empathy, kindness and understanding
- understand the role that visual impact (including video and motion graphics) has on the effectiveness of delivering messages in a high impact way - and have experience in this area
- eager to better understand the work we do to touch hearts and change lives, and the drive to help us to help many more people lead a happier and healthier life
