**About the role**
- _Various full time_ _shift patterns available_
- _Working from our fabulous head office in South Normanton, Alfreton (just off the M1, junction 28)_

This really is a great time to join us as we look to recruit several **Customer Service Advisors** for our warm and friendly team. We’d really love to hear from you if you’ve a genuine empathy for slimmers and a passion for delivering a first-class service. And you’re:

- an engaging and confident communicator who can adjust your style to lots of different contact channels
- highly considerate of others
- a great problem-solver with excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- competent in multi-tasking and managing changing priorities
- confident using Microsoft Office, the internet and mobile apps

Ideally you’ll have some experience within a fast-paced contact centre environment using Salesforce. Along with an understanding of Slimming World and Food Optimising.

Please note our team all work set shift patterns which usually include day shifts, plus one evening until 9pm, and a weekend day working 9-5pm.
