**Role Title **Head of UK Sales and Distribution**

**Location** **London**

**What will you be doing**
- The role holder will be responsible for the sales and distribution of all investment products and services across the UK Private Bank, International Bank and UK Wealth platforms.
- The role holder will be responsible for the successful delivery of Investment Solutions and specialist advice to our UK client base.
- The role holder should have vast experience in servicing a broad range of clients including UK Retail, High Net Worth, Ultra High Net Worth clients and institutional clients.
- Proven experience in leading teams of Investment Specialists and Investment consultants covering our UK and international client base
- Excellent technical investment product knowledge
- Ownership of Sales and distribution across our Advisory and Discretionary services
- Experience in forming deep relationships with product specialists, clients, and client coverage teams
- Proven capabilities in team management and restructuring to drive more investment led revenues and deliver sustainable growth
- Excellent understanding of the UK Regulatory and Compliance landscape

**What we’re looking for**
- The role holder will be an active team player proactively seeking to work in a collegiate manner and actively share knowledge and experience.
- The role holder would have experience in presenting to various audiences, drafting and delivering clear concise information.
- The role holder will have demonstrated the ability to work through and resolve complex queries and issues by leveraging relationships with internal stakeholders and focusing on delivering excellent service to our client base.

**Skills that will help you in your role**
- Experience of Investment Management, Investment Sales and Management
- Proven track record in team management and organisational design
- Strong capability in the Microsoft suite with excellent presentation skills
- Fluent in English, other languages preferable but not essential

**Where will you be working**
