Job Title: Head of UK Advisory Distribution

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our UK Advisory Distribution team. As a key member of the Global Wealth UK distribution leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers to drive sales activity and develop strategic partnerships with large consolidators, National and Network Firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UK Advisory Distribution team to achieve sales targets and develop strategic partnerships
  • Manage the alignment of resources across the business to ensure efficient sales models and client coverage
  • Develop senior relationships and lead commercial discussions with key decision-makers and management teams
  • Deliver solutions to win client mandates and work closely with investment directors to ensure the best of Aviva Investors' capabilities are showcased

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Wholesale business development, including identifying and closing deals
  • Deep understanding of UK Wholesale markets and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to develop high-performing sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop strategic partnerships
