Job Title: Head of UK Advisory Distribution

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our UK Advisory Distribution team. As a key member of the Global Wealth UK distribution leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers to drive sales activity and develop strategic partnerships with large consolidators, National and Network Firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UK Advisory Distribution team to achieve sales targets and develop strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy with large consolidators, National and Network Firms
  • Manage the alignment of resources across the business to ensure efficient sales model
  • Develop senior relationships and lead commercial discussions with key decision makers
  • Deliver Aviva Investors' capabilities to win client mandates

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Wholesale business development, including identifying and closing deals
  • Deep understanding of UK Wholesale markets
  • Leadership experience in sales teams, meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
  • Excellent practical awareness of regulatory requirements
