At Carebase, our mission is to provide exceptional care with love and kindness to our treasured residents who live in our 14 care homes. Our dedicated team members are at the very heart of this mission and in the marketing and communications team we are passionate about supporting them to be the very best they can be by sharing ideas, information, best practice and celebrating successes.
**Who we’re looking for**
You’ll also need to be great at planning and prioritising, able to work with mínimal supervision and be accomplished at seeing projects through from beginning to end using learning from them to continually improve and innovate whilst being a genuine team player, friendly and reliable.
When you’re not working from home, or our bright and airy Wimbledon office sharing ideas and catching up with our team over a coffee (and usually a piece of cake), you’ll be happy to occasionally spend time with our residents and teams in our care homes.
