**Job purpose**
**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Keeping up to date with industry CRM activity and sharing any ideas or concepts for us to test
- Support CRM manager with the customer loyalty programme
- Own the AB testing calendar to constantly improve campaign performance
- Analysis and data-driven-decision making to create your own commercial strategies for each audience that will deliver performance against targets and client budgets
- Review competitor activity and share updates with wider marketing and creative teams to inspire new opportunities
**What we would like to see in you**
- You must have previous experience working with an ESP. Ometria is desirable but not essential. This will preferably be in a fast-paced B2C environment
- Analytical and proactive approach with the ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations based on results
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent copywriting skills
- You will have great personal communication skills and relish working as part of a dynamic team
- You will be well organised with the ability to plan ahead and work to tight deadlines
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a marketing-related field.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
